Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. this is a black and white pen and ink drawing based on a photo that I took at Salisbury Beach in Salisbury Massachusetts last winter. One of my favorite things to do is to take a trip to the ocean during the winter months here in New England. I don't get to do it enough. But when I do, I take lots of pictures. Some of them lend themselves easity to drawings such as this.
